I actually approached the guy and said do you want to use my sauce instead but when he found out I had a cafe and I use my sauces on our burgers he turned it down. His loss, my stuff taste better than megadeath imo.
Hmm, and i have a bunch of sirloin burgers in the freezer....
I think I'll use my ChileHead Powder on the burger and do sliced serranos instead of jalas, naga/fatali/garlic paste, pepper jack cheese, and onions sauteeed with some birdseye pods.
Oh, and some of my dill pickles I made a few months ago with serannos and birdseyes.
