delicious and very sweet...goes well on toast with butter. Almost a jam consistency. Only problem is the pineapple left little hairlike pieces in the sauce so next time I will run it through a sieve. Ever do anything with habs and papaya? I am going to give papaya a shot this year and think they might make a good sauce? Oh or cantaloupe! Hmmmmmm...I have some habs in the fridge calling my name right now!
