plant-care Why would Chilli seedling leaves form fishtail set of leaves?

I've never see this before in growing chilli pepper seedlings, one set of leaves have a fishtail while the remaining appear normal. This is a seed from 2021 Pepper Joes, C. Annuum "Hot Burrito" that i had left over from a few years ago

Fused leaves (probably genetic); should not have noticeable impact on plant growth and productivity.

it happens This year it happened to me on 3 rocoto seedlings

C. pubescens with butterfly cotyledons
