nice but just one? you didn`t eat? no fixin`s? we need moar! 
One was enough for the both of us. I did the whole reverse sear approach and my timing was off. I set up the kettle with a two zone fire and brought it up to about 120 with a little pecan smoke. Pulled it and let it rest while I finished up some 'lil purple potatoes and some broccoli. Put some more coals on so I could get a decent sear. I did managed to get it to a near medium rare which was nice.
well, we need like 46 pictures to make sure it really happened.

Ok, all I heard was wife gets half a steak and some broccoli.. whatever the heck broccoli is. I have contacted the Governor of Texas sir, and he will be issuing your extradition orders. Throw some more steaks on that grill! One for dog, and some leftover to make carne asada! Cheers lol!
