indoor Will my plants grown indoors here?

I've just move offices at work as I've taken a new team. The office is a nice corner office on the 5th floor with floor to ceiling windows in the hall. It gets strong morning sun and decent afternoon. This pic is from around 8:45 AM. It's hard to see in the picture but the carpet shows the amount of light coming in. The one just looks weird because the reflection. The windows have a slight mirror tint on the outside. How well would a pepper plant thrive in those windows?

It does, the one reflecting that you can hardly tell is easy, the other one is South.

Luckily I'm lower level management so I don't think I'll object. Other people have plants throughout the building but perhaps not as big a pepper plants.
