Will these plants produce?

Looks like mites, and a bad fungal infection. Apply some coppercide spray and remove any of the affected leaves. They should though

Isolate those two plants, also.

One of them has a lot of flowers incoming. You think it might affect the pod or these problems are limited to the leaves?

Do you frequently wet your leaves as shown in your pictures. With real hot humid conditions, this can cause fungal issues. IMHO, i would clip all matearial infected so it hopefully wont spread.

No, the only time they get wet is when it rains. I has been raining for the past 3 days now. I did end up clipping the leaves and now am hopping it will turn out fine.
