Well I recieved some seeds in the mail today and the combination of a 13 hour work day + Impatience I decided to try the coffee filter/baggie method to germinate on top of my cable box. I just did a small test with 5 Bhut Jolokia and 5 White habaneros hopefully I get some results.

One question i did have should I keep the baggies sealed or open?

The wait is gonna kill me, I will probably check them monday and hope for the best!
Any tips or suggestions are completely open and thanks for all your help everyone!
 
You can keep it closed. But after a few days you will start checking them regularly and the filter will start to dry out. So keep a spray bottle nearby and give them a squirt if the filter is losing moisture. I actually use chamomile tea in the spray bottle because it helps to keep the mold away.

Pretty close to full strength. I brew 1 cup, pour it in the bottle and then add another half-cup of water. Works great.
