Wow This is HOT

I collected 50 or so TS regs over the last few weeks, stuffed em in a 24 OZ. Spaghetti Sauce jar.

Poured in 2/3 Filtered water, 1/3 Cider Vinegar, 1 Tsp of salt.

Cooked the contents(low boil) for 30-60 minutes. (depends how fast you can chop stuff)

While cooking add,

6 garlic cloves(about 2-3 TBSP) finely chopped.

2 TBSP finely chopped Basil(fresh)

1 TBSP salt

1 Lemon squeezed

1/3 to 3/4 cup of Brown Sugar I add till its sweet then kicks you like a horse.

Then I blend everthing untill its Perfect.

All my containers get washed, then bleached.

I also made an Adobo Scorpion Pickled Eggs I just need tah let em soak for a few days.

During the prep my mouth went numb after the awhile I barely got the sweetness correct! This sauce could hurt somebody

I gave a 1/4 cup to my neighbor, I put a double drop on a spoon he goes "thats it?" Normally I give out teaspoons for tasting, He says: "tastes sweeeeeeet uh oh thats flippin HOT!" Then I fixed his roto tiller I procured the use of a tiller OHHH YEAH!
