issue Wrong color peppers

Hello I have been growing a few pepper plants started from seed. Only a couple made it this far due to rodents and what ever else is eating my plants. As I see the ones that are growing pods, they look nothing like a chocolate reaper or chocolate ghost pepper. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print and they weren’t islaoted seeds to begin with. Anyway, the chocolate reaper is growing a yellow pod an the chocolate ghost is growing red pods. I’ve grown chocolates in the past but never had them turn any other color before.
Can someone help me out. Maybe I just don’t know the process and transformation of a super hot

I don't think they are chocolates. Never grown them before, but my Chocolate Habaneros turned from green to chocolate, no colors in between.

That’s what I also grew in 2018 and those also went from green to chocolate

Not so many peppers as most, but very satisfying
