wanted WTB Aji Habanero (fresh or dried)

Hi all, I am wanting to experiment with this pepper in a few sauces but I can't seem to find a supplier for this either fresh or dried.

Does anyone have a connect? I live in Brooklyn, NY. Thanks!

Aji (Capsicum Baccatum) peppers in general are hard to find fresh outside of Peru and the surrounds. The closest I have found are jarred puree/paste. I think finding Aji Habanero specifically will be very hard as they are a far less common variety. Getting seeds is easy so growing your own is likely the best option unless you get lucky and find someone here who is growing them.

Thanks for your tips, guys! Much appreciated. Yes I found a lot of seed suppliers but I don't have the space in my NY apt for growing them. It seems Aji Pancos are easier to get my hands on. Can anyone vouceh for their flavor? How close are they to a habanero? I want the habanero flavor without the heat.
