This is my first of several vendor reviews.
I found Alpha Hydroponics on "The Hot Pepper" as an advertised vendor...and, I am very GLAD that I did! This vendor is a huge ASSET to our community. I was very surprised to get a personal phone call from "Chris" to confirm my order details. This IS NOT common at all these days. For me, it makes a huge difference. My first order went so well with Alpha Hydroponics that I placed a second order. When it arrived (absolutely, lighting fast - this vendor happens to be a very quick shipper), I noticed one item was missing. I contacted Chris (Alpha Hydroponics) via email about it and expected a reply maybe later that day...however, I had a reply in less than a minute with an apology and promise the item would be sent. Before I could even send a reply (probably less than 4 minutes), I was sent a TRACKING NUMBER. That was outstanding! The very next day, I power up the computer to check the tracking number and get an idea of where the package was in transit. In the process of doing so, I am interruped by a knock at the door and hear the person drive away before I can answer. I open the door and find the package right at my feet and delivered by FedEx! I just had to share this wonderful experience with fellow members of the board. I mean, who wouldn't! I highly recommend this vendor for personalized service, excellent communication, speed in shipping, quality of product / packaging, and trustworthiness. A big "thank you" to Chris and Alpha Hydroponics and as always, the great people responsible for making this amazing forum.
