I really dug this one ... seems like it will go well with pretty much everything ... it had a good bit to it ... perfect with chicken or fish ... a nice citrus tang ... another great sauce from Fire Dragon Chillies ...
On their website they state that not only was this voted Australasia’s 2nd BEST HOT sauce at the 2013 Mr Chilli Awards
but that this yellow Xtra Hot sauce is made from the hottest yellow chillies on the planet. We use Scorpian Morugas, Bhut Jolokia, Fatalli, Scotch Bonnet and some others too. It has a great sweet fruity taste with a reall good BITE to it! Turns omelette’s into a taste sensation and is also great to fire up your scrambled eggs or bacon and eggs for breaky. Goes well with all seafood’s, chicken and hot wings especially. Great in chowders, stews, soups, stir frys, marinades, bbq meats and also makes the best pizza! One of our favourites and it is a superb tasting HOT sauce with citrus undertones.
