While out picking the Naga Morich for the auction I started yesterday, I decided to pick the Yellow 7Pots and Douglahs.
I have filled a USPS Small Flat Rate Box full to the brim. They are nice size. 18 Yellow 7Pots and 1 Douglah filled it snug. These will go to the post tomorrow right after I get home from work. I get off at 3:30pm so when I get home I will just have to email for payment and mailing info. They are 3 days from bright ripe yellow. Great heat and flavor.

Dried and turned to powder they are great, sliced thin on a ham and cheese sammie = yummmmmmm, diced and stirred into a melted tub of vanilla ice cream(then re-froze) and you have fruity hot ice cream.

Out I go to harvest more. Will be back in to check in before 3:30. Yummy Ham, Cheese, and Yellow 7 sammie for lunch. Sweat while dragging trees then sweat during lunch. Glad it was a short day.
