This is my review of the Yellow Brain Strain review for Stephen Canaday, also known as Ignight on the Hot Pepper Forum and The Pepper Geek on Facebook.
I only eat half of the pepper but that is more than enough for the normal person to try. I found this pepper to be very citrusy and fruity. I also found it extrmely hot! The 7 Pot Peppers were introduced to the US from Sara of Trinidad, also known as Trinnie Hottie. The yellow is a varient of the famous Red 7 Pot Brain Strain. Both are super hot, fruity tasting peppers that will light you up and at the same time, excite your tastes buds to a whole new level!
This being the first pod of the 2015 season, I could only fit half of in my mouth. Half, which will make the untested human cring in agony, so don't try this at home!
If you want to try Mr. Canaday's peppers check him out at the following addresses.
I give this pepper :
8/10 on heat
8/10 on flavor
