Yellow leaves on Jalapeno plants

Hi,

I have a problem with some jalapeno plants, I moved in the garden about a month ago.

This is how they look. The ground is fresh, never had peppers there.

Top dress some fertilizer. Has it been raining a lot there? Could be wet feet too.

edit: I see some aphid/mite damage too.

It was raining, but not excessively.

Some plants do have aphids but it's not an infestation. Nevertheless, today I'm going to take care of that, just to cross it of the list.

The plants were fed some fertilizer trough the drip tape, last time some weeks back so... I really don't know.

Is it possible to be some reaction to overfertilization? Since the gorund is fresh toped by my additional fertilization?
