In this video I review the Yellow Moruga. I found a smfb of freshly picked peppers from THP by user elcap1999 from the Sadistic Pepper Company. The peppers showed up within 3 days of purchasing them. I got a box full of red and yellow Moruga. They were very fresh and tasted awesome.
I found this pepper to be very crisp, thick walled and when eaten had a nice citrusy flavor. The heat started right after the first bite and continued for a good 15 minutes after the video. I did get a little cramping later in the evening but after drinking a glass of fresh Orange Juice the cramping was totally gone.
This would be great on a pizza, a salad and a breakfast scramble. I am currently making a Peach Jam with these peppers.
