health Yellowing of leaves, some dark spots on leaves - what's wrong?

Some of the plants at my hydroponic setup is suffering from yellow leaves whereas some of the peppers have tiny dark spots on the leaves. Any idea what is causing those problems?

the burnt tips on some of the leaves is classic nutrient burn; too much nitrogen.

Hey Pecker, the burnt tips are damages of the past but what I'm concern about at the moment is the yellowing of leaves/new growth. Some of the peppers also have tiny dark spots that I fear might be bacterial spots. Can you give me your view on what might be causing the yellowing of the leaves?

The pH of the hydroponic system is 7 at the moment and I've sprayed some Yates Trace Elements chelates on them, hoping to improve their condition.

Thanks Juanitos! I'll make it happen and update you guys soon. How soon should I expect this symptoms to be corrected after the ph level is adjusted?
