Hey, you're just down the road from me!  Next year, I'm bringing all my dried peppers to your place for grinding,  You better be ready!  Last year I processed (cleaned trimmed dried ground) about 300 pounds of superhots.~~~~

I dry mine the same in my excalibur but for grinding them I use a vitamix
