soil Yet another soil question.

Well today I saw my first sprout! I'm super excited, as this is all new for me! So my question is, when it comes time for me to move my sweet cayenne, santiago fi, and hot portugal into the red plastic party cups, what is a good soil to use? I know this won't be for awhile yet, but i'm just trying to get all the info beforehand. And just because i'm so happy, here's a picture. My link

Bump. Had a question, and didn't wanna form another new topic. My sprout is now almost completely upright! Although, I can see the seed. It isnt buried very deep into the soil. Is this okay? Or should I put some soil over the top of the seed? Don't wanna ruin my new plant already. :(
