container-growing Yield Container vs Garden

There's too many variables across both situations and requirements from different individuals. If you take into consideration time and money, ground has to win. What costs more, loads of seeds to throw in the ground or a bunch of hydro setups. The ground is certainly more forgiving if you can't pay the plants any attention for days on end. On an individual plant basis and given everything needed, you will probably get higher yield in hydro, although I imagine the taste of soil grown, more organic setups beats out artificial setups and chemicals.

They can get very big in pots with soil if you know what your doing hers a link to a guy that got 457 bhuts in one pot and 518 bhuts in the other his pot size was 24 gallon each

I had a naga in a half barrel produce 2500 pods in a season, but Im sure it would have produced the same or better in the ground in a warmer climate/longer season
