I am reminded of a quote from a movie, but I can not remember the movie. Quote was: "You can't handle the truth". As I recall, the character was nuts and screaming in a court room.
So in a pepper forum, someone said something that led people to think Chocolate Plague hot sauce ripped off Wounded Warriors. I took great exception because I know a member here was involved in that project. Ye, I occasionally bicker with members here but for the most part starting to think of many as friends.
I asked the guy to put up or shut up. Turns out he was the moderator. Woops. He replied in part with the following:
"I know more than you could handle, I want people to figure it out for themselves. If I said all that I know or heard it would be too overwhelming for most."
Please check me on this. Growers grow hot peppers, sauce makers buy peppers, sauce makers sell hot sauce. Exactly where does ET and Big Foot enter the pepper industry? What possible truth could we not handle? What about making a sauce from a pepper would overwhelm our minds?
Could it be that the hot sauce companies are really producing product that help with alien anal probes?
