Habanero shower gel is the best after sports. Can't say I've tried anything stronger as a muscle rub but I know atleast one person who gets that kind of cream prescribed for arthritis.

I keep two varieties of flake/powder on my keychain in those things at all times.
Right now I have reaper powder and big mustard Mama flake. Which reminds me I need to reload them soon.

I used to keep powder in keychains but I keep my keys in my pocket and I got tired of it coming unscrewed in my pocket.
