beer You too can home brew

I did pick up 6 feet worth of food grade toobing. I had to rack my chili-wine. After racking, I've got about 1/2 a gallon of it. Actually I racked it twice just to get rid of the sulfer yada yad smell/taste. Now it sits and waitrs for it's next racking to get it more clear and tasty! I estimate a total of 4 rackings.

AG takes more time and equipment, but it becomes cheaper in the end.

Holding temps requires a cooler and a goooood thermometer.
