Hi folks just thought I'd show a few pics of the current progress. Will update in a month or so.

Hey Jon,

Your seeds are coming up nice. With that type of lighting you can bring the bulbs pretty close the the plants. Or bring the plants closer to the lights. If those are sleeves over the bulbs, I'd remove them to gain additional light intensity.
All in all nice start and set-up...
Post more photos as they progress

Hi Greg thanks for the comment! The lights appear further away then they are. The lights are about 3 inches above the plants. I had one of the plants about 2 inches or so to the light and i noticed a liitle yellow spotting on the leaves. So i moved it back down to 3 inches and I havent noticed it since.

Looking good Mega. I would wrap some tin foil around those cups so no lights gets to the roots and put a fan on them to prevent mildew or mold. Too damn humid around these parts. Last tip would be to scrap that tin foil, its useless. Get yourself some mylar!

walmart sells emergency blankets for like 3 bucks.. works great for mylar... thin it right out, i used aluminum tape to stick it to bricks and its a cold wall and its stuck fine still.

They look nice and real happy!!

I've seen a lot of members use "Reflectix 16 in. x 25 ft. Staple Tab Insulation".
