Here is our most likely a bit too ambitious growlist :) In collaboration with the family next door.

3 Garden spots, the dining room, and the back porch for growing areas. I still have to finish improving and preparing the 2 new garden locations.
Going from 1,600 sq feet of in ground garden to maybe about 5,500-6,000 sq feet.
We figure it's time to grow some food and cut the grocery bill for both families.

Pretty much have the hot and sweet peppers in plants, seedlings, germtrays....although I have lost my mind and seem to be still expanding the list.
The tomatoes are all seedlings now.
The herbs are all now plants in pots.

The rest of it has to wait until after May 1st (last chance of frost here) so I can direct sow into the ground.
Except the turnips are seedlings in ground, and some garlic and onions that are from last fall and made it through the winter.

Hopefully we have room for it all!!
And some stuff is a maybe, like the grass/grain stuff..not sure if it'll get planted.

The peppers and herbs all came from many different sources.
The rest of the seeds are all from Terroir seeds (an heirloom seed company my Dad recommended and likes a lot)

Yep....Definately have lost my dang mind ;)

@ burning colon. My kumquats (2) are over 20ft tall and guessing about 15ft wide and is a year round grower

I love Kumquats! My Grandmother had a big old bush of them in San Diego. used to munch on them all the time growing up :)

My non-pepper list is much bigger than my pepper list. I have about 500 sq feet at the house and another 300 sq feet in a community garden plot.

Oh My!! That is quite the insanely large list of tomatoes!!!

Poypoyking - such an impressive list, especially the tomatoes! I'd love to trade seeds with you at a later date - when we have juicy, ripe tomatoes!! I, too, love tomatoes and always try new-to-me varieties every year. Some get replanted, some not. I have a smaller list than last year, but hopefully more great fruit.

I am always up for some trades, though I need to replenish my seed stock again this year. You have two of my all time favorites in your list, Carbon and Vorlon.

Poypoyking - thanks for the thumbs up on Vorlon. This one is new to me, but Carbon is one of my faves, as is Mrs. Benson. My family calls me 'experiment mama' since I try so many different varieties. Some day perfection will come!! Looking forward to 2013.

This year Im growing everything from seed.

Trinidad Scorpion Butch T
"Peter" Pepper
Sapporo Pepper
Hot Bananna Pepper
Yellow Habenero
Jimmy Nardello Pepper

Lemon Cucumber
Boston Lettuce
Scarlet Runner Beans
Contender Bush Beans
Mammoth Sunflower
Blue Curled Scotch Kale
Bloomsdale Spinach

Sub Arctic Plenty Tomato
Romanesco Tomato
Pineapple Tomato

Hoping I have enough room in my 2 raised beds. One is 4'x6' and the other is 4'x4'...
Im growing some of the lettuce and spinach indoors using a DWC tub setup.

I am way behind on planting my "other" stuff! Usually by now I've already started several types of tomatoes, lettuce, peas, and various annual herbs. Can't seem to find enough time to get to anything other than the peppers.

So today I started working on my tomato growlist, and as usual it is agonizing to cut it down to the 17 plants that I have room for.

[background=rgb(241, 246, 220)]Anyway, here is where I am at on the list, and I could use some help narrowing it down. These are all seeds I already have in my seed box. Don't have time or $ to place any orders, so trying to work with what I have on hand.[/background]
