Your top three sauces for eating with.

So I am curious what are your guys top three favorite sauces to eat with, at the moment. Honorable mentions are fine. I just thought with alot of people asking what good tasting sauces are out there perhaps this thread would open up alot of ideas since it is what we actually eat with. Lets mention things that are available for sale at least ( If you make your own sauce cool! ). Currently mine are.

1. Heartbreaking Dawns - Golden Classic
2. Kneppers Peppers - Habitually Orange
3. Blairs - After Death

mine too... while i rarely buy sauce anymore my favorite store-bought sauces would have to include:
sriracha
louisiana crystal
el yucateco
lea and perrins worcestershire (yeah, i know, not a hot sauce, but so good...)
 
+1 BG on the Crystal. I keep a few bottles of that on hand for when I'm feelin' NOLA for oysters and shrimps. Goes great with sardines too!
 
i use all three of these every day: busha brown's pukka,valentina extra hot,el yucateco chile habanero
