Zimbabwe Bird Peppers

This is my first year growing Zimbabwe Bird peppers. Although I've grow similar varieties before, I'm not quite sure what to do with these little buggers. I'm assuming they are best ground into powder or flakes. Any other suggestions for their use???

Well I have been saving them up to make a little ferment. I have about a pint jar worth now, and several hundred more on the plants.

i love my Zimbabwe Bird pepper plant it has so many peppers on it i want to have like 10 plants of them next year.

Zimbabwe bird peppers (flesh), garlic, whole grain mustard, white vinegar, touch of honey, salt. Pulse in blender. Do not cook. Store in fridge and use as sandwich spread.

Piri-Piri sauce........I add Zimbawe with other "Birds" some thai and cayenne........plus a few other indgredients

Those little chili's make up a heck of a sauce...

I'm in the process of drying them out then I'll post pics of what I decide to do with the little boogers! Gotta stock up my personal powder stash. Ok, that sounded a bit on the illegal side...
