health Yellowing leaves and brown spots

I have two moruga scorpions growing in coco and perlite. I feed them Hesi coco nutes at normal strength, and they've been under 200w Cree COB LEDs for the past month.

They were both attacked by aphids and white flies two months ago from an open window. I sprayed with a soap and oil mix which killed them all overnight, although the most heavily infested plant sustained some leaf damage. I pruned this one down, just leaving 3 leaves on the stem. I sprayed with BAC plant vitality a few times after that.

The pruned plant is looking good and has just started flowering. The one I didn't prune has a dozen green pods, but the leaves are turning yellow with brown spots. Anyone know what this is? Not sure if it's contagious or what.

The moruga is in the back here: two branches have the symptoms, and these are also shorter than the symptom free branch in the back.
