Thank you Bou, I think the white spots are powdery mildew but I'm not sure why there are black specks in the white areas. I'm more concerned about the other pictures! Wtf is that caterpillar looking thing! It's made out of some kind of powdery/creamy substance and smears when touched!

Trying to grow carolina reapers and it's a nightmare, plants have every disease imaginable! Does anyone know what the caterpillar looking thing is? It looks like a fungus of some sort, resembles a fuzzy bug with a head!
