So I have done all of the above and the results are showing great! Roots look much better and the plant is growing good. I pruned it 2 weeks ago when I did all the changes and now there are plenty of new shoots everywhere.

Edit: Just had an illumination, stupid me! I just remembered that for a couple of days/weeks my air pump was plugged in my timed power bar with my lights .. so it was off during night time for a while... :confused:
