cj's salsa cruda
1 red,yellow,and green bell pepper-minced
1 lg. white onion-minced
6 hot peppers/you choose the heat-minced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro-minced
3 lg. tomatoes-minced
2 stalks celery-minced
6 lg. cloves garlic-minced
1/4 cup vegtable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Mix together let stand over night in fridge. You can eat w/tortilla chips or on your favorite food. You can eat it right after you make it,but taste better when it sits for a day or two.
