Flaming ossenworst

Ingredients:
- Ossenworst (Ox-sausage, a dutch specialty*)
- Toast
- Butter
- Salt
- Your favorite hotsauce

Butter the toast, put a nice thick layer of Ossenworst on it, add salt to taste and drizzle some of your favorite hotsauce on it.
If you want to vary a bit, try adding some raw chopped onion to it!

Simple but yummy, enjoy!
