Biography

Graduated High School in '81 and spent the next 17 years as a Paramedic and in the Air Force. I'm a Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm Vet. I was in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Decided I needed something a little less stressful and after a short 5 year stint in a factory, opened a BBQ restaurant!! so much for low stress!!!
My wife and I are both chile heads and even feature some chipotle - based sauces in our eatery.
