    Thanks, D3monic.    The consistency is similar to Frank's, but a little thinner... no way Tabasco thin, though. Also, thanks for the heads-up regarding the FB link. I fixed it!

    The vinegar content, I would say, is close in sharpness to Tapatio or Cholula, but definitely not as astringent as Tabasco. And you're right! The subtle acid from the vinegar cuts right through the richness of cheese. Perfect for pizza!
