Yet another update; just over night, that affected plant got curled up badly (and the same thing happened with some of my peppers) -.- After more close inspection, all of them have this edema (note: three other Tims are just fine which is weird) or - water blisters. I don't know what did I do...

Minor update - seems that all of the other leaves are normal, and tiny tim is growing bigger with each passing day. Don't think I have anything to worry about, but I am still clueless as to what that curling was about.
