Easy Pickled Peppers:

Ingredients:
6 to 8 Yellow Banana Peppers
3 Tbs Pickling Spice
Apple Cider Vinegar (to "cover")

Slice the Banana peppers to 3/16 inch (across to form rings)
leave seeds and pulp in (that is where the heat is)
place into a pyrex bowl (non-reactive and does not remove flavor like Stainless Steel)
Cover with Apple Cider vinegar to cover (peppers)
Add 2 Tbs of Pickling Spice
Cover with cellophane and allow to sit overnight at room temperature
Can according to Ball Blue Book (boiling water bath)
Use on Hot Dogs, Brats, or in various salads and "slaws".
