I keep a bunch of my Jalapeno harvest every year to smoke and dry for chipotle. We use it a ton in our cooking, and it's one of my favorite preservation options for our garden.
I use a Primo xl for all my pit/grill work, and I use traditional Pecan wood for Chipotle smoke.

I thought I overfed them when I potted them up, but they exploded instead. I'm not sure what the upper limit is on feeding these before they burn, but it's pretty darn high.

I'm at F7 on a hybrid I've been trying to stabilize. Obviously it's hard to draw perfect comparisons with this, but it could be a good indicator. I think I started the thread between F2 and F3, so it's covering your period.
