I am 29 and an American-Italian Male. I was born and raised in Mastic Beach, NY and now live in Manorville, Suffolk County, Long Island. I am a Secondary Ed. Science Teacher specializing in Biology. I am happy to be a part of this site. I was thrilled to see that such a venue can be created for us Chiliheads! I love learning new things and teaching others new things as well. Yes, this does mean I let my students try hot and spicy peanuts and chips, etc!! I am a very diverse person who has a lot of interests. I am always looking to try new hot sauces that are super hot but have that great flavor. Too bad many of Dave's and Blair's extreme stuff lacks taste. I am hoping that the Naga Morich, Bhut Jolokia, Dorset Naga and all the other species names of this crazy pepper from Assam, India can change the industry of 1 mill. S.U sauces. I do have a decent hot sauce shelf in my classroom that I teach! Anna I don't know why you did it but I will always love you.
