I own and operate a small web firm. We launched a small pilot project we call hotwings.ca - a buffalo wing review site. it has a small but loyal following in Calgary. We are slowly rolling it out to other cities as we go. We'd like to sell hot sauces on our site. We're also looking to network with people interested in wings, chilis, and sauces.

1 1/2 cups grade B (real) maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup coffee
1 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
6 tablespoons chili or cayenne powder
4 tablespoons almond oil
2 pinches of salt
6 seeded chopped habaneros
