When I mow my grass(@5 acres), I fill my pockets with Aji Pineapples to munch on while I mow. Very tasty fresh. Not so good as a sauce! I also love Aji Melocotons when dried. Great on pizza. Also not so good as a sauce! Both are prolific,..don't need many plants...

Nice review! I had no idea they are so big.   As for a sauce, I made Aji pineapple sauce last year, and it has a funny flavor which I didn't like. I do blend them with like red Trinidad congos, and that sauce is good.   By the way, that's a Carolina wren singing in the background!
