I saw a web page/youtube how-to make this type of thing using 55 gallon or 30 gallon plastic drums. I thought I'd bookmarked the site but I can't find it right now. looked really easy to build.

First time posting, lurker for about 3 years. Living in rural WV temps lag and I experience power failures a lot, how can I know when to start my reaper seedlings, don't want to start them inside to lose them when the power fails.   Any advice appreciated,   thanks,   jim
