Get a big fat steak, slap it around a bit, it doesn't care, it's dead anyway!
Put it on a plate and throw some seasalt on it until it looks white, then cut up a few of your favourite peppers and throw them on the steak, bash everything in the steak a bit, an agressive attitude is key with this recipe!
Let everything sit there for about half an hour for every inch of thickness your steak has.
Repeat with the other side of the steak.
Once enough time has passed just get all of the salt and bits of chilli of the steak by holding it under some streaming water (not too cold or warm, you don't want to stress the meat).
Oil the steak with some quality oil, get some freshly ground black pepper on that sucker and throw it on a hot BBQ/Grill untill properly seared, then let it rest for a couple of minutes on the side of the BBQ.
