Hey!   Just received my Scorpion Strike sauce from www.thechillifactory.com and it's great!   It's 58% Trinidad Butch T so it pretty much tastes like fresh peppers but with a hint of Worcestershire sauce.   I would recommend it for you Aussies out there since its a local Australian company so...
