    Finally Made My First Sauce

    Hey all,   I made my first hot sauce last week and it came out alright, I give myself a C+.   Recipe:   .6 lbs of chiles (mostly serrano, a few jalapenos and a few fresnos 3 cloves garlic 2 cups herbal vinegar (apple cider vinegar sitting with lime slices, cilantro, rosemary, etc for 2 weeks)...

    Thanks everyone,   The supplier I'm in contact with also has Aji Lemon which might be better for me. I am going to try this out and maybe throw some serrano peppers in but more weighed on the Aji Lemon side. Is it ok to mix peppers like this? Will that alter the flavor or will it add flavor...
