Right now all those ones in the pics are starting to show orange glimpses. They still have great fresh flavor, and I plan on using them when they mature for other things. I'm thinking stuffed with cream cheese and bacon wrapped yeah?
The one mature Pod I tried had the initial taste of wanting to be hot but then it was just a mild pepper. I mean, when you first bit into it, you kinda braced yourself for heat form the taste. Sounds wierd, but between the non hots I have and the super hots I can tell when the heat is coming...
Like the headlines says, its supposed to be Ghost, but there is no heat, none.....not even a sizzle. On the plus side, it has a great flavor. Any ideas?
They start green and then go to white yes. Not sure about the saliva but to me, it starts off with a quick fruity burst and then punches you with some great heat waves but it doesn't last to long. 10 minutes tops. I pulled another 15 off the plant today. I love mixing it in salsas and adding it...

I ordered Chocolate Bhutlah seeds and this is what grew. Any input would be greatly appreciated. It doesn't look like what I thought it should and what i've seen. I am a first year grower. Thank you!
Thanks for the input, I bought the seeds last year in October and started them November 13th. Luckily I kept all the records of who I purchased through. I don't think there was any malicious intent, I just want to know what happened.lol

This is my first year growing hot peppers and I have an abundance of Golden Cayenne and Ring of fire that I just harvested. I also have Bhutlahs and Ghost peppers in the works.
