Currently obsessed with learning everything about the world of hot sauces. My mother-in-law taught me how to make many of her spicy Laotian sauces this past summer and I can't get enough of them.

My better half and I are looking to start a sauce company in the coming year. We are currently trying to learn the paperwork and all of the hoops we need to jump through to make this happen.
