greenhouse Greenhouse material? Is this sweet?

Very similar to mine, I got a 6' by 4' walk in with staging in the sale last year for £7 I saw this on Ebay recently, because I am thinking about geting a "proper" one because the tubing on mine is very thin...

What age is too young for hot peppers?

When my daughter was about 18 months old she would keep taking the Chicken pieces out of my Chicken Madras, pulling a face, and then coming back for more! About a year later I was slicing up a Naga for my Pizza when she grabbed a slice and ate it before I could stop her. She cried for 20...

    seeds UK seed train

I'm in. It would be a good idea to swap my excess rather than risk keeping them for next year. I would rather plant fresh each year.

    How cold is too cold?

Yes I will be able to keep the frost at bay, I have a heater with an automatic frost protection setting. I think it kicks in at about 5°C. Thinking about some lighting too, but thats a whole new topic!

    How cold is too cold?

After an awful summer, my plants have quite a few green pods and loads of flowers. They continue to grow but with temperatures around 14°C at night and 20°C during the day not that well. We are expecting a cold night Wednesday down to 8°C should I be moving them into the greenhouse...

    Hot Pepper oil!!

You are right, since the pepper taste is going to be so strong you won't be able to tell what oil you used anyway! I simply use the cheapest oil, or what I have in the cupboard.

pickling Pickled eggs with hot peppers

Thats the amount I used last year, I cut them into quarters because the heat doesn't transfer that well otherwise. I also sprinkled some dried birds eye chilli in, more for appearance than anything else because 3 peppers in the Jar got lost. We use a white distilled malt vinegar as well as the...

    Goji - worth to keep'em ?

They are apparently a common hedgerow plant here, although I have never noticed them. They are very hardy, and if they grow in the wild here in the frozen UK, then they must be easy to grow!

    Bhut/Orange Hab Mustard

You could stir your mustard seed in now, it would absorb some moisture and improve the consistency

    New world record holder

Now although I am not easily confused, I often miss the "bleedin obvious" it's an age thing... looking at some of the photos, the AK47 Sorry, the HP22B and the Primo look the same, and I think I read somewhere that the original breeder wanted it called the Trinidad Scorpion Morouga Blend (TSMB)...

pickling Pickled eggs with hot peppers

I make these every year, just hard boil some eggs and layer them with your fresh :hot: chilli into the jar along with some pepper corns. Then simply pour a strong pickling vinegar to the top and leave for a few weeks. (If you can.) I have never used brine, maybe its a variation I might try one...
