 Nice!   I think you'll find that a single board won't quite cover that space. If you put it smack-dab in the middle, your PPFD would really drop off on the edges. I'd double up if you can afford to.

How hard can you run those boards without a sink?

I've done extensive testing with all of HLG's boards. A 260W kit will be the best match for that space.
