- Lord Darnley's Baked Meatloaf:
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Small Yellow Onion (Finely Minced)
1 Large Egg
1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Cup Lord Darnley’s™ Bloody Mary Mix
Heat your oven to 350 Degrees. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl. Form into a loaf and bake for 45 minutes in an oven proof dish. Brush the Lord Darnley’s™ Bloody Mary Mix on the top of the loaf. Return the loaf to the oven and bake another few minutes until the topping starts to cook. Remove from oven and serve.
