wanted Looking for Chocolate Bhutlah DM (Dave Minor).

Thank you for your reply.  Although I've recently purchased seeds from S.L.P., I've not considered either of the three bhutlah's they offer.  Maybe I'll relook at them in the next few days, but it's really the DM that I'm after!

Ruid - Thanks for your reply!   Don't know about the Lemon Starburst but to answer your sedcond question - Absolutely nothing more appealing between one or the other.   I've already grown the SM variety Bhutlah (Steve McLaurin version from Puckerbutt Pepper Co.), and now I'd like to try my hand...

wanted Looking for Chocolate Bhutlah DM (Dave Minor).

Hey everybody,   Been a long time I haven't visited the site.   I am looking for a vendor who sells Chocolate Bhutlah DM (Dave Minor) that also ships to Canada.   Can anybody please direct me?  Internet searches have led me to Australia to an outfit who won't ship internationally, and to ebay...

When and why you started growing peppers

The year was 2007. Had just about the Red Savina Habanero, but could find any seeds as everyone was sold out. Then heard about bhut Jolokia - here too had a hard time finding seeds. Finally ordered some from Nicky's Nursery in Great Britain. Planted all ten seeds - only nine sprouted. Gave...

    pests MAYDAY MAYDAY ..... BUGS

In Canada neem oil is illegal for use in agricultural applications. But you can still legally get it for skin care applications. Just order it from Amazon and you'll have no issues importing it!

    pests MAYDAY MAYDAY ..... BUGS

Aphids as previously stated. Struggling with them since October of last year and only now seem to have got them under control. One or two still pop up and get crushed real fast! Lost an amazing chocolate habanero plant to them! My method of choice to control them is; 1 - Crush as many as you...

Anyone shop at the urban farmer??

Turns out they got no seeds at all, about two weeks after I got an email telling me my order took off (was shipped), I received an email telling me that I have received a full refund due to their suppliers inability to supply them the seeds. Not surprised but had to try to see how this would...

    Pepper X

Not anymore, Pepper X is no longer listed on the Urban Farmers website. The listing was removed shortly after I placed (against my better judgement.......) an order for two packs of seeds. We'll see how it plays out once I receive my order and get them growing.

    Ghost or Reaper? Or both?

Won't be long before yours pop! The peppers did show quite a bit of variance in shape but they all had the tail. Hopefully our growouts will be reasonably similar in shape, size and heat. Keep in touch!

    Ghost or Reaper? Or both?

Yes, all very different from one another. I have 12 seedlings growing from the seeds harvested. Already 1 1/2" long. All germinated in 8 days.

    Ghost or Reaper? Or both?

I purchased the very same pack of peppers here in Montreal about two weeks ago. LOL same spelling mistake on the label. Include four Reapers' and four ghosts. I left a similar response when post first started and my reply disappeared. Where did it go????(+_+).

    vendor The Great Chilli farm.

Back around 2007 I purchased seeds from a place called the Great Chilli farm located in Capetown South Africa. I haven't been able to track them down on the web except for one internet article on Pinterest. Does anybody know the company and what may have happened to it. Just curious! Thanks!
